Reader receipts stay labeled reader_reported until we verify invoices or reproduce the setup. Never send secrets or customer data.
Required fields
- Measured or logged hours (how you tracked them)
- Estimated and billed token $ separately
- Price date matching your pricing sources
- Breakage log with dates
- Security checklist results
- Reproducible setup (repo/commit or detailed steps)
- Redactions documented
Uploads: attach a redacted ccusage/Tokscale export. Remove API keys, customer names, and private URLs.
